Nice! I'm working on my collection of Kaywoodies. They seem to get snapped up pretty quickly on ebay. I found this Carburetor model in an antique store. So the number of holes in the stinger dates the pipe? This one has four and is stamped 04. Maybe from the 50'S? -

If you google the patent number this turns up: Improved machine for burnishing spoons US 29650 A That's from 1860 by Habby.M. Jacobs. Mr. Jacobs was a busy guy, filing lots of patents! I suppose that's not very helpful in your case. Do you a picture of one of the pipes?
