Anyone Looked at Themselves in a Mirror with their Pipes?
I'm more practical than image conscious. If I'm taking a pipe outside for a walk with the dog I'll choose one that will be comfortable and last as long as I'm out. I'm too old to care what I look like anymore :D I'll ask the dog which one I should take.- tuold

Walt Disney Pipe
I bought a pipe in the Main Street tobacco store. It's a meerschaum-like substance. Seems too heavy to be the real deal and is not a great smoker. As you can see it's carved in the likeness of Walt himself. Ok, maybe not. It's at least 35 years old though. No markings of any kind.- tuold

Should I return this newly purchased pipe?
I have several pipes like that. Can't you just take the stem off and pass the pipe cleaner through the other side? If the pipe smokes well I'd just enjoy it as it is. -

That is very strange. Those rods almost look like ejectors on a revolver! Speaking of strange pipes... I saw one at the tobacco shop the other day that had two bowls connected to one shank and stem, one bowl just ahead of the other.- tuold
