Antique USA 'Reb' Patent 29650 Pipe

Can anyone help me with the history or otherwise of antique?? USA made 'Reb' Patent 29650 branded Pipes?
I've never heard of them before and can find nothing in my pipe Library.

US 29650 A
That's from 1860 by Habby.M. Jacobs. Mr. Jacobs was a busy guy, filing lots of patents!
I suppose that's not very helpful in your case. Do you a picture of one of the pipes?
