My tins are supposed to arrive today. What beverage pairs well with superglue?
Geezer, do you work in the industry? You seem to have a lot of insider information.Hansom is not Reunion Series #27 Lowther Street. The Reunion Series will be tinned and exported when other packaging changes have been fully implemented. Perhaps they will be able to be sold in the US, perhaps not. I can’t answer any questions.
No. There are people in the industry who it isn’t that hard to get to know, though, above the usual sales rep level, who will tell you things _if_they trust that you will be careful with how you handle what they tell you.Geezer, do you work in the industry? One is horse drawn, the other is internal combustion. How similar is Hansom to Cabbies?

Sorry, couldn’t resist.
not similar IMO.How similar is Hansom to Cabbies?
Not similar at all, to me. Like the difference between Orlik Golden Slices and Dunhill (Peterson) Dark Flake. Although admittedly, there are more similarities than differences between two Virginia based blends...so, it’s up to the nuance-sensitivities of the smoker, to a good extent. How similar is Hansom to Cabbies?
You may have more experience than me, so this is just a warning from my experience: Wrap the tins in plastic wrap and tape them, or find some other way to ensure that they are sealed outside of the tins, as Gawith tins in my cellar (no older than five years and stored in a cool, dry cabinet) have lost their seal and the tobacco inside has dried out.Received my tins today and they were in good condition and appeared sealed, so into the cellar they will go. Too many other blends currently in rotation. Does anybody know, does superglue develop plume?
Copy. I trust zero packaging by anybody.I trust zero of the Gawith packaging ?
Can Mylar bags be purchased physically in a store anywhere? I probably should get a vacuum sealer.
I got a food saver vacuum sealer from BJ's but it doesn't work well with the mylar bags I have for some reason.I trust zero of the Gawith packaging ?

Foodsaver machines won't seal the thicker 7 mil bags. If you're trying to vacuum them most mylar bags aren't textured which prevents air from being channelled out.I got a food saver vacuum sealer from BJ's but it doesn't work well with the mylar bags I have for some reason.
Yeah, mine aren't textured, so they won't suck!Foodsaver machines won't seal the thicker 7 mil bags. If you're trying to vacuum them most mylar bags aren't textured which prevents air from being channelled out.
