I hate heat and humidity. I can deal with low temps. You can put more layers on. I also hate the sweating because you're sitting outside. I've been compared to a husky as far as my reactions to weather.
Anything below 80 sets off my arthritis. I've put on enough layers to a point that I couldn't move my elbows and 50°F is still unbearable.

Hey, I’ve lived here a long time, and never once had any of the above, just one Tsunami warning once! LOL ?

It’s a lot tamer and calmer here in terms of weather, than a lot of the Continental USA, and World, quite boring when it comes to weather out here!

Yes, Hurricanes do blow by here often, but Kauai is the one that typically gets it.

The Tropics of Hawaii, the Weather has a lot to do with why the excitement of Hawaii, in the world’s eyes, for those that have experienced it, meaning you see very little change in the weather out here. ? ? ☀️

You’ve been watching to many shows! LOL rotf

P.S. My life on Hawaii, 95% Sun, 5% Rain, and to be honest, it does get bloody boring too! LOL
I would prefer to live in Hawaii than in snowy land ❄️? but I come from a tropical country El Salvador in central America we have volcanoes, tropical storms, earthquakes, tsunamis there too... I'm used to them. It gets difficult to smoke pipes / cigars in such freezing weather that we get here in Canada

I’m Geographically Educated, of course I know El Salvador, never been there though.

I’d assume, it would be pretty common to see South American women smoking cigars and pipes in El Salvador? Hmm ?

I asked before, are there a lot of women you see in Toronto smoking pipes?

I don't know any woman in el Salvador or Canada who smokes pipes or cigars. It's actually not common in these necks of the woods unfortunately. I did try to teach some of my lady friends though and between cigars and pipes they always liked pipes more I think it's because I gave them aromatic pipe tobacco to smoke with sweet flavors ? I'm a sneaky woman and I know how to lure them ☺️ but they only smoke with me once in a while they didn't become full pipe smokers yet. I'm still working on that ☺️?

Sure, but I rarely wear lipstick. I should think the perfume in it would alter the taste and aroma.
As an occasional actor (wife is a theater teacher so sometimes I have to suit up with the kids) I will say that lipstick is damn hard to get off of vulcanite but easy to get out of acrylic.

The moral of the story, get an acrylic stem if you want to smoke it while wearing lipstick.

@Cigar Ash Queen

Have you found a lot of women smoking pipes where you live?

I found it interesting in my traveling, how there are still places out in the world, where it is common to see women smoking pipes. The first place for me outside of the USA, to see women smoking a pipe, was in the Solomon Islands.

The West and Western Perception, in so many places is odd in regards to a woman smoking a cigar or pipe.
No unfortunately it's very uncommon to see women smoke pipes around here. I never met one at least. I taught some of my girlfriends but they're not regular pipe smokers they only do it if I'm around. And that's not happening now since we are in lockdown in Toronto due to covid. I found it very interesting though when I go on vacation I always bring pipes and cigars and most people are always more interested in approaching me to ask me about pipes instead of cigars. I think it's for the same reason that it's more uncommon for women to smoke pipes..
