Wait, I thought you said in another thread the 507C is made by STG. So, assuming they keep it in the range no change in the blend is expected. I guess they could discontinue it. We will have to wait and see. But I'm hopeful that blends in the SP Top Ten lists sell well enough to warrant...- Terry Lennox

Astley's was a renowned pipe shop in London for many decades located at 109 Jermyn Street. These pipes were made by high end pipe makers for the store. They are quite sought after today. I think STG is a small-C conservative company that does not want to take the slightest risk of breaking any international shipping rules, especially in a market so small as pipe tobacco. The image on the bottom is very close to being an apple shape. Another couple of mm higher and it would be an apple. The pipe on the top looks fine to me to call a prince. Ah yes I forgot about Vanilla Roll Cake. That one is too artificial for my taste. Though I like the sweetness. But there is also a blend called just "Roll Cake." It's all so confusing.- Terry Lennox

There are three spun cut regular production blends in the US: Dark Twist, Club Blend and Roll Cake. I love Dark Twist (molasses casing). I recall not liking Club Blend as much. Never tried Roll Cake but I think I need to. Does anyone have experience with Roll Cake?- Terry Lennox
