    First smoke in a month or so. What my local b&m calls "Beehive Kentucky Fired Flake," and it is flavorful. Smells like jerky, and has a smokey flavor as well. Not sure what it really is, but I like it. Smoked in my small MM Morgan and thankful for that as it is chilly out.

    Recent TAD Pick-Ups

    Stopped at a local b&m as my wife wanted to pick up a couple of cigars. I grabbed a tin of GH Best Brown #2 Flake. If the info and my skills are correct is a couple of years old. They had quite a bit of GH and SG tins covered in dust. I don’t mind paying the prices they charge for aged tins.

    The only one I have left is D&R Ramback Balkan. I had a medium sized tin of one of the Frog Morton blends, was a gift, that I was saving for when I became a more experienced pipe smoker. Although a hurricane caused damaged to our roof that led to my tobacco stash becoming ruined.

    It is cold and rainy outside, so I tried chewing some GH&C Whiskey Twist. Had a great BBQ sauce jerky flavor, but it started to burn a bit and the nicotine hit stayed with me for 15 minutes. I had to sit down for a bit, but not a terrible experience.
