Starting the shift with a cup of straight black coffee and a Dunhill County Cumberland 2017 loaded with vanilla cheesecake Cavendish from Cigars ltd. Fresno. Will watch this while working . 
Fickle as ever, they are! Wife is from upstate NY, so I know all about cardinals. Sadly, we don't get them here.
Listening to some Motorhead, sipping on Star of the East (a blend my friend Fred made back in the 90s) in a Josts Olde English Deluxe circa 1930s as near as i can tell. Pipe was immaculate until i got my hands on it. Nice nickel band repair by Briarville Inc.
Just passing the half way mark on this bowl of Wessex Curly Block in a 1984 black sandblasted straight Dunhill Shell 4103 Billiard with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Watching a Tim Holt western.
Sat with a friend today and walked him through his first pipe, a MM of course. He tried the country squire cowboy coffee and the Paul’s arrowhead and liked both. My public service is done for the day, kicking back with some more arrowhead and breaking in this 1940 Tom Howard I restored. Curious to see how this smokes seeing it has 1/4” air hole.

Second round of Presbyterian for the day, this time in a Savinelli 804 KS while doing a little bike repair.
McConnels Oriental in Spigot Dog. A glass of mead made from bees in blueberry farms, from two years ago. Smooth, bourbon notes, 18%abv, but not cloyingly sweet. Thick on the tongue. I need to get more of this honey.
First smoke in a month or so. What my local b&m calls "Beehive Kentucky Fired Flake," and it is flavorful. Smells like jerky, and has a smokey flavor as well. Not sure what it really is, but I like it. Smoked in my small MM Morgan and thankful for that as it is chilly out.
I’m smoking Rum Flake in a Dagner Diamond Poker, with a pour a A Midwinter Nights Dram. Watching football on the iPad, in the garage. Cheers!
