    No COM Stamp Peterson’s Block Meerschaum

    Does anyone have a Peterson meer WITH a COM stamp? I’ve never seen one. Most Peterson meers aren’t stamped at all. That pipe is likely Republic era based on the stamping. Does it have an ebonite godet/ferrule?

    It wasn’t in the post but it should have been. I use cork grease for woodwind instruments to lubricate and rehydrate calabash corks rings. Once the cork was greased and allowed to sit for a few days it tightened right back up.
