I found two "Big Bills" on eBay just now. Web Search yields: Big Bill is a brand of The Briar Pipeworks Ltd., a corporate situated in Marsa (isle of Malta) and established in 1933. Couldn't find anything on "Key-Man". -

First use of buffing wheel
I read every one of those "Reborn Pipes" blog posts and have found them to be extremely helpful. Sanding with micro mesh pads, buffing lightly with white diamond compound than finishing with a hand polish seems to always work really well for me.- tuold
