Help with history on 2 estates?

Picked up 2 estate pipes recently. I have never heard of either brand. Nice little smokers, but would like to find out more about them.1 is a Big Bill, made in Malta. The other is a Key-Man, marked Italy. Help please?

I found two "Big Bills" on eBay just now. Web Search yields:
Big Bill is a brand of The Briar Pipeworks Ltd., a corporate situated in Marsa (isle of Malta) and established in 1933.
Couldn't find anything on "Key-Man".
