    From one grandmother I learned her take on corned beef hash, cawl and bread and butter pudding. I still can't cook it as well as she did. Her roast dinners were the best. That still is pretty much all I can cook.

    The Ceredigion way (not that there is such thing. But we are tight fisted). Is like the Cornish way, except you put every bit of cream you have been provided on top. Even if you have been given far too much cream.

    It's just marketing. Saying something different to try and encourage you away from what you normally drink. But it has no affect on the flavour.

    Three or four minutes. Remove (usually with fingers, sometimes a spoon) I don't squeeze because squeezing releases tannic acid making the tea more bitter. Small drop of milk. I do the milk myself, other people put too much in. Teapot about the same time. Pour, then add milk.

    Off to the beach tonight. Some friends are off to work at a sort of Christian camp. So it's a little party before they go. I am fortunate to live near some scenic coastline, so we have been to the beach about three times this week already after work. The weather has been hot. Church Sunday.
