Stem Length
Thank you for your responses. It appears that the distance from bowl to mouth of a short stem pipe or a chutchwarden is so short not to make a difference. Variations in perceived temperature are more likely down to pace of smoking and other variables. Good stuff 🧐- Flatfish

I Would Like To Apologize To Chinese Members.
I love Chinese food. Its my favourite food I think. Or at least the type that is cooked in the UK. Apparently different countries cook it slightly differently. My brother in law went to China for a work visit. He loves Chinese here, but was much less enamoured with Chinese food in China...- Flatfish

Anyone Smoked a "carburated" pipe?
Would they be hot, if the cool air enters after the burning takes place? (I may not understand this correctly) In my head the smoke would be diluted by cool air. What if a Falcon had such a hole in its condensation reservoir? (or whatever the bottom bit is called)- Flatfish
