    I smoked the original for about 40 years. There is no imitation that I have tried that even comes close, including the current tobacco with that name. Even with the formula it cannot be duplicated because the ingredients would not be the same.

    Do I need to remove Stain from new Peterson

    If it tastes good to you leave it alone. If you do decide to remove stain use a high proof drinking beverage, like 141 rum. 110 proof chartreuse and 117 proof Navy gin are good too. Rubbing alcohol will throw the taste off for a while.
