Game 1 tonight in Pittsburgh. So hopin' Lucic puts a huge hit on Sid, Thorton takes Cooke to the school of hard knocks with a long fight, Iginla gets lit up every time he touches the puck, Freddy starts his "Nightmare On 5th Avenue", and Rask gets on the FBIs most wanted list for felony robbery. So psyched for this game I wish I could lace up the skates for it lol. GO BRUINS!

Don't poke the bear! Good game for Boston. Dominant on face offs and board play. Played great on the PK and Tuuka stepped up big numerous times. I think the reason Pitt lost was because they were so focused on being physical they left themselves out of position a lot. Now the questions are does Fleury come in and how many games does Cooke get for that hit? Normally I'd say maybe one or two games for the hit, but with Cooke's history especially against Boston it's anybody's guess what Sheriff Shanny will do.
Big ups to Chicago to taking Game 1 in the West.

My boys are on fire now after beating Detroit. Hawks vs. Bruins will be epic. Original six matchup. I'm not jumpin the gun here boys it's gonna happen!!!

Hawks and Bruins are looking like similar teams right now. Very solid in the d-zone and getting stellar goaltending. Playing a lot of chip, chase, and check offense and controlling the boards. Role players have stepped up big for both teams this playoffs. Campbell and Paille have put up some important goals for Boston and so has Bickell for Chicago. Bicks has been playing so well I've seen him on the second line from time to time. It would be a fun series to watch that's for sure.

Cooke again. I have no faith in Shanahan, I doubt he'll do anything about it.

My Bruins came out pounding last night, this is gonna be a much chippier series than I thought. The Bruins proved they can shut down the Pens, they just neec to keep up that kind of play for the whole series, which won't be easy.

I just have to say as a Sens fan, I've dealt with a lot of disappointment but nothing was worse than letting Chara leave town. Muckler chose Redden instead. REDDEN. We all loved Wade, but that was so wrong.
Future GM's...always keep the 6'9 defenceman please.

Just saw on the Twitter...no supplemental discipline for Cooke. Of course.

I think the reason Cooke got nothing is because if they did that they would have had to give Marchand at least a game for his hit on Neal or incur the wrath of Pens fans. Cooke will be taken care of eventually. The series will shift to Boston where Julien will get the last change. He'll put Thornton out there against Cooke and have it settled so everyone can move on.
Great game tonight. Chicago jumped on Quick early and never let down. Kane needs to get something going though. He's been stagnant all post-season. If he heats up it could be an easy Conference and Cup Finals for the Hawks. Toffoli came in and did a great job filling in for Richards. That kid has a bright future. Hope Game 3 is just as good.

All I can say is wow. 6-1 Boston. This could be a very short series. Boston just needs to keep doing what they're doing.

All I'm gonna say is holy crap, what a game. I thin the Pens are really gonna try and come swinging in Boston, and I think if the Bruins can shut them down early and get a 2 goal lead or something, that it will really dampen the Pens even more so than they are.

Onto last night's game, OMG! Now I know why the Rangers looked so bad against Boston. I thought the Rangers were tired or just plain sucked, but what the Bruins have done to the Pens in the first 2 games is amazing. And to think that Boston almost lost to the Leafs.
