This is what I believe the manufactures will be doing with newer blends once the due date hits. Until that day comes, why not make new blends?Maybe they’re fine discontinuing the blends at some future date,

My unsubstantiated belief is that manufacturers have decided that government ineptness will continue to create delays. So, they're making hay while the sun shines.Does this mean that is no longer happening?
I find Pease blends are much better with some age on them. I am smoking tin of Lagonda from 2013 and it is fantastic.Hm... an English plug. I'm a sucker for plugs and wouldn't mind cutting this into a shag to get all that flavor to maximum choochin' level. However, I've got about 4 Pease lat blends open already and have't really been impressed with anything except maybe Lagonda or Meridian. I'm going to revisit Chelsea Morning before purchasing this.

Any speculation on tin limit? ?I’m positive that Smokingpipes will carry it as soon as it is released “in the coming days”.
Yeah...2...maybe they should increase the tin limits to at least 3...Any speculation on tin limit? ?
None of my cellar was built like that. I had smoked all of it prior to buying large quantities. Piling of blends one is unfamiliar with can lead to disappointment.horde blends they haven't even have time to test,
That's my conclusion too. Plus there's a last days of Rome mentality now, a tobacco orgy where people buy, sell, and horde blends they haven't even have time to test, motivated by fear of future deprivation.
If you really want to blow your mind, try smoking some Gawith rope. After that English will seem like a gentle stroll in the park.Im still in the early stage of my pipe smoking career where I can't quite decide if I actually like english blends.

When I began with pipe smoking at the end of 2010 I read all these rave reviews about GL Pease (Chelsea Morning especially was hot at that time) and I really was swept along in the enthusiasm. It almost felt like magic. Now I almost get a bit of a "down" feeling while reading many replies here..
