    I have read (somewhere, where? Who knows.. ) that aging tobacco requires oxygen. From that I take that vacuum packing will retard the aging process. Maybe not stop it, but slow it. I also heard that some aromatics don't age well as the toppings degrade or fade. That leads to the question...

    Never tried it before. I've been steering clear of blends that have a reputation of a strong nic hit. I mainly bought it for a cigar smoking buddy but kept some of it to try myself. I also picked up a va/per. Haven't tried that one yet.

    Yea, I learned from my experience with Cobblestone Cafe Mocha Flake that the first experience isn't the final experience. Didn't care for it fresh, tried it again 6 months later and enjoyed it enough to buy another tin.

    Smoking pipes made a slight boo-boo on my order and instead of 1oz of the Lane LL-7, I got 8oz of Sutliff Mixture 79. They said "Oops, sorry about that, you can just keep it for your trouble." Not sure if Vanilla Burley will be my thing, but I certainly have plenty of it.
