I drive open air (old Jeep Wrangler) until actual winter, so I've never had a problem getting a bowl lit when I'm stopped, then smoking with a wind cap on while I drive. Bird Watchers Out There
My birding app is my wife haha. She has never failed to answer "what bird is that?" or "what bird is making that sound?", usually with a glance of "how stupid are you about this"? lol. Blow Moisture Out Of Stem
I think that's actually from steam. If I'm mindlessly puffing away, I might get that gurgle. When that happens I just ram a cleaner through without removing the stem. I've heard somewhere that occasionally exhaling through your pipe (blowing a bit of smoke up and through the bowl) can help...- --dante--

Chopped Cigar Leaf, and Blends Containing It.
I've liked just about every blend I've tried that contains cigar leaf, but I don't think I've smoked enough of them in any one pipe to get any ghosting (at least I never detected any). @JimInks just out of curiosity, I often see you post about doing "walking reps". Is that like a series of alternating fast/hard walking with normal pace relaxed walking? Again just curious. I do a similar thing on off-running days, especially in hilly terrain.- --dante--

Yep this makes sense. It's similar to how mass-produced bourbons like Jack Daniel's stay consistent. Most new barrels are added to the existing, large batch, so the small changes are diluted.
