    Yeah I don't think SJ intended to do a blend, he was just floating the idea. I can see Kevin not wanting to do it because then he'd have to pick A single blender, and then other sponsors would be slighted, et cetera et cetera... Especially if PM is an online only entity, then it's probably not...

    Aromatics and OTC blends tend to do that to me. I am sure it is some sort of additive/preservative if not the effect of one of the artificial sweeteners that they use. It could be a multitude of factors, but I don't get it with most tinned flakes or mixtures that I've come across.

    I wouldn't say I had a nic overdose so much as a nic hangover. The one time I did have a nic overdose, I was nauseous and had to go to bed out of it. (Pennington Gap) I was just trying to encourage him to stare straight into the abyss and prepare himself as best he can to defeat the enemy... ;)...

    I've just got a straightforward question: What are the sweetest non-aromatic English/Balkan blends out there with medium to high levels of latakia? I am asking about natural sweetness (presumably from Virginias) as opposed to any added casing/topping so I am not really asking about Frog Morton...

    SmokingPipes sells 1 oz bulks, pipes&cigars apparently does good samplers, 4noggins sells a fixed sampler pack of their house blends - there are a lot of options out there. I personally find experimenting with tins works best but these other routes are cheaper.

    Go into it on a full stomach with a smaller pipe than you are used to, or your regular pipe filled halfway. Smoke slow, and stop before you feel sick if you start to feel off. You should be fine.
