Hi Superdan and welcome. Price isn't always an indication of quality. It they didn't think enought of it to name it, I wouldn't touch it. For $60 you sould be able to get a decent pipe. In managing my pipe shop I heard it a thousand times. "I'm not sure I'll like a pipe, so I don't want to spend much on my first one." This is understandable.
