I have a friend that makes kimchi so she dropped some by for me, not the best for keto but not terrible i just need a lot of self control not to eat the entire jar.

Heavy on the proteins for lunch so dinner will be keto coffee or something similar.
Yup i was getting the Fresh Express Caesar kits but their dressing actually has a couple carbs per serving and then i found this is is almost zero carbs and is a great tasting dressing.
Having a Father's Day lunch with my daughter. Huevos Rancheros with black beans, potato slices, and ice water. Mmm....
Creole shrimp Caesar salad. Massive amount of food no carbs.
Currently snacking on some Soylent Green 
I love shrimp and Caesar salad. That's a delicious combo right there
And why let dead bodies go to waste when they can serve a positive productive purpose? Some people are having their remains turned into compost, maybe one day Soylent Green will become a self fulfilling prophecy.
Salad is hard to take a good pic of well when you mix it up in the bowl lol.

Breakfast for lunch. I love breakfast any time of the day. Today, I met my youngest son for lunch. Two pancakes and a side of crispy bacon with an unsweetened iced tea.
Please describe the cauliflower soup recipe.
I make mine as a creamy soup with chicken stock, cream, and curry powder (not for heat, but for flavor).
