Boneless, skinless, chicken thighs rubbed in French onion soup mix and roasted potatoes with salt, pepper, and garlic. Chianti for the wine. I'm cooking for a house full of hungry guys. I'm the psychologist/house philosopher of a modeling agency. I've never had to cook so many healthy meals in my life.
Wifey took daughter to the fall social so the boys are alone for dinner. And that means nothing but meat.

Chili before adding shredded cheddar, sour cream, and diced onions. Tortilla chips and Cheez-Its on the side for scooping.

Not dinner but I just finished a plate of cheese and crackers…..ghost pepper and habanero mango cheese that is. If the coffee didn’t wake me up, the cheese sure did!
