Not I. Then again, everything I cook is little different each time. I don't measure things. And I don't like ground beef. I use small chunks of beef for chili.

I'm new with birria, but dig it. After I had my fill of tacos, I used the broth for a birria ramen.

Nice job and like the addition of radish.
