Tonight it shall be a bowl of carnivore cereal, minus the shocktop this time around. Love this stuff and never allows palate fatigue as there is so much going on in the bowl...many many different cuts of meat. Grilled chicken, fried pork chops, extra thick cut bacon, brats, Portuguese sausage, brisket and rib eye steak.
A neighbor brought over some enchiladas.
She’d bought 50lbs of Hatch Green Chilies, so chicken & green chile enchiladas were on the menu.
She grew up in Santa Fe, and that converted into some of the best enchiladas I’ve ever had.
Today was an Italian themed dinner, wine and music.
Eggplant parmigiana and meatballs with chunky sauce (from Buca de Beppo in Seattle) and a Poggio Valente toscana rosso with some Italian music streamed from YT.
Two slices from local pizzeria, and Diet Pepsi . You know what they say, "give water to horses, milk for children and women, whiskey for men", and Diet Pepsi for me.
