Leftover carnivore cereal tonight, minus the top sauce. Was too lazy to warm some up. haha
This dish consists of 7 cuts of meat:
Pork chop, Cheddar Kielbasa, Bratwurst, Brisket, Beef back ribs, Xtra thick cut bacon and NY Steak.
Also added chunks of Queso seared on the grill.
The sauce used last night was a mixture of cream cheese, butter and a little bone broth. Great with any meat.
So, voila: the unsauced version isn't quite as fancy, but just as satiating!
I rarely drink beer anymore, used to brew up 5-10 gallon batches at a time and had the whole tapped kegerator set up on the deck when i was younger, but stick more to the wine and whisky these days. Just sounded good so why the heck not?
