Jamaican jerk chicken, coconut rice and beans, and grilled pineapple black bean salsa.

Amish's Roast Chicken with Au Jus, served with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted summer squash.
Leftover carnivore cereal tonight, minus the top sauce. Was too lazy to warm some up. haha
This dish consists of 7 cuts of meat:
Pork chop, Cheddar Kielbasa, Bratwurst, Brisket, Beef back ribs, Xtra thick cut bacon and NY Steak.
Also added chunks of Queso seared on the grill.
The sauce used last night was a mixture of cream cheese, butter and a little bone broth. Great with any meat.
So, voila: the unsauced version isn't quite as fancy, but just as satiating!
I rarely drink beer anymore, used to brew up 5-10 gallon batches at a time and had the whole tapped kegerator set up on the deck when i was younger, but stick more to the wine and whisky these days. Just sounded good so why the heck not?

I just love the different things that Thai's can do with an ordinary soup. Looks positively scrumptious!!
Another night of Japanese curry. I think I added too much beef. Pork is ok, but top sirloin steak cubed is the softer solution.
Not this time. I prefer lamb but my girlfriend doesn't care for it.

If it's beef it's a cottage pie (at least in the UK). Any combination of meat under mashed potatoes is amazing though.I suppose it does
