My sister got out of the hospital today and we took her some KFC, a large pizza (half meat lovers and half cheese), and some incredible tacos made out pork carnitas that were stuffed into a soft taco and some wonderful hot sauce!!
My man, pizza, fried chicken, and carnitas tacos. That's love right there.
And I'll go on record to say KFC chicken and biscuits are good eats.
Simple roast chicken with au jus, asparagus, and cheesy polenta.
I always forget how easy yet delicious the dish is and wonder why I don't make it more often.

You just can't beat that $4.99 Costco roast chicken............ Those things weigh like 3 pounds. I just bought one and pulled it for chicken salad sammies......... no pics, but what a bargain.......
I'm a big fan of rotisserie chicken.
Aside from eating it "as is", I use the meat for a variety of quick meals (soup, salads, enchiladas, curry, pasta, sandwiches, fried rice). It's an easy weeknight hack to throw food on the table quickly without sacrificing flavor.
Love those rotisserie chickens. Only thing is, why are they so big? They are huge. Bigger than the chickens from Bojangles or KFC. Almost as big as ones from China kitchens.
I'm currently on holiday in France; starting in Paris and now in Chinon. What better than some local Rosé as an aperitif, along with some local paté? 
And lunch from a few days ago in Paris: magret de canard (duck breast) with sweet potato, cooked to perfection by our friends.
Followed by English cheese and wine from Norfolk. I attempted to explain the phrase 'taking coals to Newcastle' in French, possibly with limited success...

Four cans of Sapporo are about all I had for last 24 hrs. Liquid diet seemed like a good idea.

Man,, those all look good. The wife and went down to a local Mexican place and really had some enchiladas, sopa, frijoles there. They can really take you there. A little pricey but really good that isn't??
No pics but I had grilled chicken, bob Evan's microwave potatoes, broccoli and a ceaser salad
I made bibimbap. It was delicious but forever added to my "not worth the trouble of making at home" list.
