Saving my cheat for the 19th as a friend is in town for the weekend from Chicago to have some cigars, so carbs that night and then the 20th it's Capital Grille (mmmm bread .. potato...dessert ...) and then after that meeting another friend at Top of the World at Disney for after dinner drinks and cigars....

Shrimp with fire roasted tomatoes and feta cheese, served over garlic-herbed orzo.

No clue what I'm gonna do with 'em, but baked them anyway.
Hold by the tail. Bite and pull the shrimp meat out of the tail end. Chew, swallow, enjoy.
A sip of chilled white vino to wash it down would be an added treat!

Those look awesome, I'm going to have to do something similar, no fat, no real carbs but they are all protein so i have to limit myself... or something.

This was actually dinner on Monday night. Pizza, no sauce, just olive oil on the crust, Polish sausage, fresh jalapeño, sweet onions, mushroom, mozzarella, cheddar/jack, and pineapple!

Pierogis, creme fraiche, buckwheat blinis and paddlefish caviar from one I caught. All homemade.
Having a White Claw (Strawberry) with a “Traditional” pizza (tomato sauce, aged and fresh mozzarella, fontina, pepperoni, red onion, roasted mushroom, kalamata olive, aged parmesan, pecorino romano, asiago, basil, oregano) from Moonlight Pizza near our house.
