Had our Cul-de-sac monthly dinner. Charcuterie! The steak tartare didn't make it into the pic, but was the star of the show for sure!

Back to the tagine, but using it tonight to braise some beef rubbed down in some Meat Church.
Simple tonight. Grilled beef tenderloin with sautéed shrooms n onions, rice and beans with a nice red.
If a meat ain't cooked, it gets nowhere near my mouth. So, that rules our tartare and sushi. No big loss on the latter as I'm not that fond of seafood anyway.
Haven't felt like cooking. Curried tuna salad with olive oil with layered rice with Kraft Singles.
I made pizza dough, but didn't make pizza. It's just mozzarella, bacon, fire roasted red peppers, and fresh cracked black pepper. I didn't put any tomato sauce on it, so it's not pizza.
Turnt-up breadsticks perhaps?
Susan made fettuccine with a homemade mushroom Alfredo sauce with truffle oil.

Shined on the grill tonight, and just threw the burgers in the fire pit.
Cajun shrimp boil with smoked sausage, sweet corn, and redskin potatoes.
