Our UFC dinner: Susan grilled teriyaki chicken. Fried rice, tomato and mozzarella, roasted red pepper, grilled cantaloupe (a new, interesting experiment) sides. Corn on the cob still in the pot. Yum.

Simple today. Filet with sautéed shrooms n onions, asparagus and basmati
I made maafe. Or if you prefer, "groundnut stew". That's chicken, some peppers and tomatoes from the aerogarden, and most of an onion, cooked up in a 8:1 ratio of chicken broth to peanut butter
At a staff dinner - chose the mahi-mahi. Outstanding.
I had gnocchi with spinach, mozzarella, and vodka cream sauce. It was excellent

What's left from tonight's dinner. Not exactly fish and chips from London, but close as we get. And it's damned good. Local joint owner stays there all the time and make sure things go out right. No, i don't do Long John Silver.
I did my husbandly duty tonight and showed up on time and with an empty stomach for my wife’s Mother’s Day dinner.
Sous vide rib eye. Dry aged for several days
Cooked a meal for the adults cuz it’s Mother’s Day! The kids didn’t care for it, but mama did, so that’s all that matters. Char Siu, Din Tia Fung cucumbers, sweet and sour pepper slaw, and roasted veggies. Earl Grey panna cotta with fresh berries for dessert.
