Thanks to your comment, I tried Juan Lopez Seleccion No. 1 (2017), it was an awesome smoke. In my humble opinion, a Robusto worthy of consideration, this is part of a limited 2019 release "5 Y.O 2014", the youngest often tend to be bitter on the finish when stressed. Creamy smoke, aromas in the Cuban tradition, wood, dried fruit, unobtrusive earth with a sweet background. Continuing, hints of bread crust and leather. Summing up rustic aromas.
A great cigar, crescendo intensity and creamy smoke. Packaging 898 can be said to have started with Ramon Allones.I'm going to have to track one of those down. I don't care for the vitolas, but I've heard the blend is a smash. I went through cabs and cabs of those when they first came out.
Found this guy hiding out in a humidor. To the flame!

I never had one of the Allones 898s, but I love the size and packaging. It would be on my shortlist of cigars I wish HSA would bring back, even if it was just a seasonal release, like a batch or two per year.A great cigar, crescendo intensity and creamy smoke.
