Oh, the pleasure was all mine - I remember those cigars dearly.

Last I knew, the #4 was also discontinued. Have you seen any box codes from the last 3 years or so? I sure hope so, but I think LGC is now a Regional-only marca
I think you are right, my latest one is ETP MAY16, and online I have seen the most recent MSU MAR 18. I also agree that it is now only used for regional editions (unfortunately).

16 might be newer than everything I've seen (though I don't prowl the vintage market anymore these day$). The fact that you've also seen 18 gives me hope. If they ever do another release of the MdO4, I would imagine they'll disappear fast.

Just checked my notes, I smoked one last September in our local LCDH lounge, I don't think they are discontinued, probably hard to find.

Any clue on box code? It's only 4 months ago.... should be easy to remember!

I kid. I haven't seen boxes for sale at any online vendor for several years, nor have heard of them being around since maybe 17/18.
No idea at all. I don't buy in boxes, I try something new everytime I visit the lounge. I used to check the box codes until 2 years ago while smoking in our local LCDH. People had no idea about aged cigars, I could find cigars from 2013, 2011 even 2007-2008. Nobody was smoking them, because they were "old cigars". I was a happy man. Then they learned, and I wasn't happy anymore. Now our LCDH carries only few year old cigars, thus I don't check the boxes every time. I checked their app, #4 is out of stock. I will ask them on my next visit.

Usually when they are over ten years old it is like this. The first puffs have the taste of grandma's chest of drawers in the attic, but then comes the entrance with the sound of trumpets.

For me a '15 Epicure # 1

Your description reminds me of the EL I smoked friday, tiramisu, pixie dust, fairy wings and moon beams.
