I'm a fan of "The Old Man". The book that it is based on its also very good.Currently watching two different shows. When in the house with the wife, we've been watching "Old Man" with Jeff Bridges, and John Lithgow. About halfway through season two, and so far I'd give the series a 4/5. While in the shop smoking my pipe/cigars, I've been watching "Newhart" with Bob Newhart. Such a classic 80's sitcom. Always enjoy some Larry, Darryl, and Darryl, but what I forgot about is in the first two seasons, was the neighbor, Kirk. His character was great. Excellent show, definitely 5/5.
As a fellow *Sopranos* fan, I highly recommend the documentary too! I lived in New Jersey for over a decade and visited some of the iconic filming locations. Seeing places like the Bada-Bing (Satin Dolls) and driving the same route Tony takes in the opening credits was surreal. It's nostalgic to watch and remember how much the state shaped the show. Many of those spots are gone now, but it's still worth a visit for fans of the series. Definitely brings back memories!4/5
If you are a fan of "The Sopranos", this documentary is worth watching. For almost 20 years, I worked, drove and stayed in New Jersey and visited most of the spots were exterior scenes were shot. Roy Rogers is mentioned a few times and one scene was shot in front of the Alexander Hamilton Plaza near Secaucus. I went by the Bada-Bing (Satin Dolls real name) several times, but never went in (usually in the morning, not sure I could take Jersey strippers with coffee at 8 AM). I've driven Tony's opening credits drive out of NYC into suburban NJ many times. Most of the places are gone now, including the Hydro-PU sign and Satriale's. I've used https://0123movies-hd.net a few times and found it convenient for streaming movies and shows. The selection is decent, and the site loads quickly. However, I’d recommend being cautious as free streaming sites can sometimes have ads or pop-ups. Overall, it's a good option for casual viewing.
