Feeling lazy today so a very quick lunch of that Aussie favourite, a meat pie with tomato sauce, with a piece of papaya to finish.

Yesterday's Redbreast whiskey was so more-ish, I decided on another Irish whiskey today. A Yellow Spot single pot-still whiskey aged in ex-bourbon, sherry and Malaga casks. It's a 12year old iteration of the popular Green Spot.
