Having my first bowl of Arango’s Balkan Supreme in Dr. Grabow’s Royalton With black Turkish coffee. I enjoy it more than I thought I would. Very smooth smoke, and the smokiness of the blend is pretty nice.
Half way through this bowl of circa year 2000 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 1982 black sandblasted paneled slight bend Savinelli flat bottom sitter with a black vulcanite saddle stem.
A third of the way through this bowl of Wilke Lizzie Blood Virginia in a 2003 medium bent straight grain military mount Two dot 2 P. Ardor Venere Extra Bucaneve signed by Dorelio Rovera with a silver ferrule and a black acrylic stem. Watching the Braves-Nats game.
Now smoking year 2016 D&R Three Sails in a smooth straight late 1970s Charatan Special 4148DC Reg. No. 203573 pot with a black double comfort vulcanite stem. Time to walk. You hear that, @mso489 !
A couple of minutes away from smoking Mystery Test Blend Z in a 1986 three quarter bend Bacchus face CAO meer with a dark tortoise shell colored tapered acrylic stem. A friend sent this and two other samples in our guessing game. These samples were submitted by blender at the 2012 Chicago Show to see who could most faithfully recreate John Cotton’s No. 1&2. I’m wondering if any us involved will pick the one that was the winner. Time for my weekly Zoom meeting.
