After work, I had another crack at the Savinelli Juno. I'm starting to get it. The SavinellI ''God'' series seems to be a winner. I've had a bowl of HH Burley Flake as well, and expect my goodnight smoke to be GLP Gaslight.

Thank you ? it bears the date 1581 though it is thought to have been reworked and that it is much older. A former tower of the Gordon Clan.

A quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2017 Savinelli Doblone d’Oro in a smooth straight brown early ‘60s Lane era “William Conrad” Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. Chatting with the fella who gifted me the pipe.

Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am almost a third of the way through this bowl of D&R Windsail in a straight smooth brown pre-1920s W.D.C. Bakelite bulldog with an electro silver band and tapered black vulcanite stem with an orific bit. This is my first time smoking this pipe. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.

Just pulled out my Frankencake No 2 Mk ll, (added Latakia to the Mk l which was a bust) after a month under pressure. It looks good, but that’s not the point, time to fire some up.
