I’m getting is… wood? Not a Latakia campfire wood, but more like… fresh cut lumber? There is a nice sweetness to it and just the faintest pepper (Perique?). I’m not a fan of Perique, but this is so faint that it really adds something to the blend without taking center stage. This one will go in a jar. Its a keeper.
