You must be sitting on a good amount of Chenet's Cake. I have a few 1 year old tins in the deep cellar. Trying my best to wait it out as the blend notes suggest a decade for best results, but I think I'll probably pry one open way early to give it a shot.

Open one!

Nothing about these cellar series makes them unsmokable young. They are just marketed as having good aging potential due to cake or plug form :)

Plus, gotta have a reference point

Cleaned a few pipes, and have a third of a bowl left of year 2000 VaPer Three Nuns in a 1938 straight black grain relief Dunhill OX Shell bulldog with a silver band repair with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Tomato the Brave showed up, ate, and is snoozin' now. Haven't seen Abner the Eager in three days, but as snow and ice is still around, I figure he's home. Daisy the Feral Princess is by my side.
