Forum Friday! Just doesn't have the "zing" for me that it does in the warmer months, lol. Working from home today and rare chance for some coffee and a morning bowl, so easing into it with this surprisingly good blend that's been airing a bit since Xmas and a Nording Hunter Anniversary, guess I've got the nice rustication on the bottom of the bowl buried in the tin, but it's a beauty (IMO) although this pipe has the hardest acrylic in a stem of any I have. 3BF236AF-0102-4678-AF68-D0FDE0958D34.jpeg

Don’t own any Nordings. That is a beauty! How does it smoke?

Watch City Blue Ridge Special (a Scottish blend) seemed right for this little and ancient Adolph Posener (ADP)! It is!
Only the second time this little pipe has ever been smoked.

That's a lovely pipe stand, but every time I look at it, I can't help but think that puppy is about to pee on your pipe. ;)

28°, breezy, and sunny. British prince with 5 year old Night Train. The top of the bowl was very spicy and tangy, but it settled down after that. Night Train is the weirdest thing for me. It can be dark fruit and prunes, which is why I smoke it at all, but it can also be so tangy that it borders on being sour, which is really not my thing. Years ago, I never experienced the tang. I don't know if it is me or if they have changed components. Many of the bowls I would label as sublime are with Night Train, but geez, I do not like those moments of tangyness.
