@chasingembers My St Bruno Flake was packaged in a sealed non recyclable plastic tray inside a plastic pouch; not buying any more as I'm reducing my plastic waste.
When I go to re-enactment events it will be loose Gawith Hoggarth pipe baccy in my clay pipes, as the newsagent and tobacconist in Chesterfield sells it loose; they weigh it out and you can take your own container. I'll be using the leather pouch @Birddog66 sent me for my birthday; it'll look better when I'm in character than a plastic Condor or St. Bruno packet

@chasingembers My dad says when I went to see the Sealed Knot, re-using the empty packet for my loose Gawith Hoggarth didn't offset the emissions from burning the tobacco
Not far from finishing this bowl of Mac Baren Scottish Mixture in a straight, smooth brown 1960s Lane era Charatan Special 38 bulldog with a black vulcanite saddle stem.
PC My Mixture 965 in a Britannia (by Comoy) smooth bent saddle stem Dublin with a twin bore stem. Both airways pass a pipe cleaner, in this smooth smoker. I've had this pipe about twenty years. The blend is a tasty version of this standard blend.
