I absolutely hate rubber bits. I absolutely love dry vinyl. Barely affects the feel of the pipe. It’s easy to apply and remove.

Rubber bits are terrible. Silicone bits are a definite step up in comfort. I haven't tried dry vinyl but I love this self sealing Silicone tape. It's super comfortable.

I think you do enough litter patrols to offset your tobacco purchases, Dan. But send an email to MacBaren and ask them to offer the flake in pound packages! A bulk package would probably reduce waste, too.

St Bruno which sell in Spain and The US comes in high-quality folio lined pouches similar to Amphoras, I have found that even after opening this pouch type preserves the freshness of your tobacco very well
