I have not tried Pacharan but I believe it is very similar to sloe gin. Except that Pacharan is based on aguardiente and the other is gin based.

Romano Levi grappas are exceptional. Hard to find on my side of the world unfortunately. Hope you enjoyed it!

Yes, I was in Nieve pre-COVID, so got to try quite a few while I was there.

I have a few bottles that were distilled by Romano (the labels have the year of distillation).

But this is the 1st time I’ve tried the camomile. It’s gently sweet - goes down easy, especially with a strong coffee.
