Thanks, got them all bookmarked. I had planned on buying the Pimo book, seems to be everyones choice. So you think the kits are the way to go? I'm sure in the begining it's probably the best idea. I've been looking at some things to make them awesome. This one site has mammoth tusks and there's some cool rings. The one that really peaked my interest was a Mason ring. Also looked at some crazy woods. Sometimes it sucks when your mind never stops and you sleep 4 hours a day...yeah OCD.

Sitting out in the shop with my two best friends (my dogs), a big bowl of ODF in a Pete, and a fresh pot of coffee. Wife is pissed about something and not talking to me....the silence is a blessing. Life is good.

Way past midnight for you guys on the East Coast but only 21:26 here. Long days at work lately, which is good.....more money, less time to smoke therefore less tobacco used up. But I'm making up for it tonight. Puffing on a big bowl of Rattray's Black Mallory in the balmy ( 28 F ) February Alaskan night

LMAO, Gecko. Silence can be golden, no?
After the deep freeze we've had in Kansas, Romeo, if I'm working from home and it hits forty degrees I'm in shorts, a tee shirt and Crocs.

 not quite THAT warm, and I don't wish for it yet either. Last time it was in the 40's here it was absolutely nasty. Imagine 2 feet of snow being rained on and turning into muddy slush, alongside the crap that people throw in the snow, old ice melt, peat gravel etc. Definitely no Crocs

Count me in as a member. Many years on third shift have left their mark. Just lighting up a bowl of EMP.

Out chilling in the shop, blue grass gospel music, a glass of Knob Creek whiskey, my two best gals laying at me feet, a big bowl of Bobs Chocolate Flake. Life is good.

Didn't post this in the early AM, but if you are up late (or very early), and have Netflix, look for the film "London Blackout Murders", a 1943 B&W film that should appeal to the pipe smoker. I watched it last night and found it quite enjoyable.
