Exactly. New hobbies tend to get me going and then I settle down after awhile. I just wish it had been a cheaper lesson for me. All my pipes were bought new, a couple of expensive ones too.I feel this describes me too. When I find a new hobby I always go a little past normal in the excitement , then settle down. Even in the adrenaline stage I think all were under $40 tops.
Ah...a fellow "rod brother"...but we keep telling ourselves that adjustable coil overs ARE better. Contemplating a 4-link myself over the winter and complete suspension "upgrade".Well, I guess compared to my car hobby a few years ago, this is a cheap hobby. Imagine wasting $2500 on adjustable coilovers, only to figure out the performance difference is barely noticeable over stock.
