With the ability of our current government to deliver heehaw I’m not massively worried for now by that either. I think the tax raising power that tobacco has in this country will keep it around although it maybe become more expensive as a deterrent.Probably not for long my friend
That’s a lot of damning circumstances for an increase in smoking. But understandable.Haha, believe me, I'd love to. But between my wife's disdain for it, raising a toddler, building a house, running a company, and my own personal health paranoia, it just ain't in the cards.
Its a juggling act. I still have fears of my favorite brands going under. RIP Carter Hall and Prince Albert, So I hoard a few tubs of favoritesI've got about a year's supply of stuff. I do add to it occassionally but not often. Being 74 gives a certain perspective on this issue.

Last time I did the math I calculated my supply should last until I am in my mid to late 140’s.
That is assuming I don’t begin to slow down in my 120’s.
I hope but it has been a long time since I have seen any so I don’t have much hopeI thought I heard recently that someone called the manufacturer of Carter Hall who confirmed it was not going away? If I'm remembering correctly they may have said it would only be in tubs and not in the smaller packaging though.
Ah, an optimist. My worry is that I retire at 125 and I start smoking way more.
I can’t imagine living that long maybe if I was healthyMy worry is that I retire at 125 and I start smoking way more.
So that's when you can collect SS these days... ??My worry is that I retire at 125 and I start smoking way more.
