Eggs: Which Way?

I'm not a huge egg lover but Huevos Rancheros are my favorite. Scrambled next. Sunny side up and runny the rest of the time.

Absolutely.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned a balut yet...or a century egg. Both can be quite tasty.

My favorite preparations though are over easy with toast, deviled, raw (with steak tartare) and fried quail eggs on a stick.

Having 6 young laying hens and getting 5-6 eggs per day I pickle them in batches of 96 eggs ( 8 dozen) at a time. They're great quick snacks just out of the jar or I'll make egg salad out of them. I also like to gift them out to others. And my GSD gets plenty as well.

Cooking them? I really like properly poached eggs and omelettes loaded in veggies and cheese.

Eggs, the second best food to liver. (nutrient wise)

I also usually have two eggs, except when I'm doing an open face sandwich on Dave's Killer Bread with a slice of cheddar. I only do Ketchup sometimes, and sometimes Truff Hot Sauce.

Depends completely on my mood. Sometimes scrambled, sometimes over medium. I do love a good omelette, but that is reserved for eating out, and then it is usually a Greek omelette.

I hope I don't get yolks on my face, but that's cracked up. This should go over easy but it may get scrambled in translation.

However, I thought it was an eggsecelent response that wasn't hard boiled. Maybe it was just deviled in me.

After all, real men eat quiche.
