I got exactly what I was looking for. A Hudson, fish tail stem, new rustication. What I do like about these pipes is that they are not red and green with a candy cane stripped stem. Something like this I would smoke all autumn and winter. Not just 2 weeks in December when I’m feeling jolly.

Got the Mycroft Sandblast today, nice looking pipe, and properly drilled. I just wish that they would stamp the nomenclature a little deeper. As new it looks thin…

I looked at a few before I bought one, and several were double-stamped, slightly off, and all were shallow.

Yep, a few smooth finishes there too. If they’re popular, they have a few months left to make lots more.

This is the nicest blast I’ve seen, the only one, and if I’d see more like this, I might be tempted, but all the others don’t look as nice... hmm ?

Milverton arrived this morning. The draft in the chamber is a little high, nomenclature stamper guy did a little better this time. The ring stands out fairly well.

I keep checking for mine, I usually get my stuff in three days from Tobacco Pipes. I might not get it today.

Very nice! I was planning to get the Milverton rusticated, but got sidetracked w/family stuff and they sold out. You snooze you lose, but maybe they’ll get another batch.
