A Little More, Please...
I really love Westminster and Maltese Falcon for the condimental tobaccos & especially the Latakia. But I find myself adding a little blending Lat just to get it "just right". Can anyone recommend a blend that gives me this? Thanks, LeRoy- WNCLEE28466

Finally Bought A Cob. Is This Normal?

How do you Choose What to Smoke?
I typically smoke something in the AM, and progress to stronger, and more punchy tobaccos/blends as the day wears on. I guess this is a type of rotation in a sense. Any Loss/decrease in Taste or Smell due to Pipe Smoking?

I have an older pipe that is really a nice one, but to revitalize it, I wanted to sand it, deep clean it, and re-stain it. Do you use standard wood stain, or something else? Latakia Blend Bastardized?
I truly do love both Maltese Falcon & Westminster, but I do wish they both had a little more Latakia in them. Would you please recommend a tobacco bled of the same vein, but that does not need to be "fixed" or "bastardized" with the added Latakia? For now, I guess that's what I'll do. The Maltese Falcon has Latakia, but it is on the lighter side of the spectrum. Not a Lat Bomb. The reviews I read on this one said it was a stronger blend, but I didn't find this to be so. I just like a Latakia that has a more pungent, fireside, BBQ smell and taste to it. And I do love Pirate...- WNCLEE28466
