Recently got back into pipe smoking

Some of you who have been on the forums for a long time may remember me. I used to be a moderator and was quite active on here. I can't quite remember why, but I fell out of pipe smoking. One benefit of my hiatus is that all my baccy has gotten some age on it. Some Frog Mortons Cellar(from the...

Last Weekends Antique SCORES!! Pipe And Rack (Pics)

I cheer out the antique shop by me, but they didn't have anything worth getting. It was all overpriced. I did pick up a nice pepper grinder though.

    Love This Time of Year

I like the summer until I go to work. It's 10-20 degrees hotter in the kitchen then it is outside, and even hotter on the line.

I am. Cooking is all I've ever wanted. I took classes for it in high school, and went to college for it. I busted my ass and did whatever was asked of me without question at this restaurant. Hard work and a positive attitude pays off.

    Got Promoted

The other day, I was moved up to cooking on the line at the restaurant. Today was my first day. It was a slow day, which was nice. It let me really get the hang of things. I've done plenty of cooking, but never on a line before. Over all everything went pretty smooth and nothing got sent back.

    Just Checking In

Which I don't mind, It makes the day go by faster. I've been helping with a lot of prep, and they want to have me start cooking, which I...

    Blended Scotch Suggestions

When I happen to find myself in a cheap bar, J&B(aka Justerini & Brooks) or Dewars White label are my go to drink. They're cheap, and not half bad in my opinion.
