I am. Cooking is all I've ever wanted. I took classes for it in high school, and went to college for it. I busted my ass and did whatever was asked of me without question at this restaurant. Hard work and a positive attitude pays off.

Way to go Ben! I started in the dishroom at a steakhouse in high school and worked on and off afterwards through college. Hard work, but fun. I remember the thrill of seeing a large grill completely covered with steaks and know which steak went with which order and where it needed to be on the grill, so all the items on the order came off at the same time.
